February 10th, 2009 - Rules Update Available!
This update includes a new anti-subjective Trial scoring system and a chance for the Killer to do what they do best.
Download the Rules Patch along with the Trial score sheet and prove which of the Accused should pay for the crimes of the day. Or maybe you'll never see the Trial at all....
Decmber 11th, 2008 - Esdevium Games
The wise people over at Esdevium Games have agreed to try out distribution for Accused! over the holidays. Hopefully through their capable hands Accused! will grow to reach an ever wider audience. Retailers in Europe please feel free to contact Esdevium if you would like to pick up a few copies of this new game.
Decmber 6th, 2008 - Playin' Games Store (London)
On Saturday, December 6th I will be in the Playin' Games store located next to the British Museum. If you are in the area and would like to drop in for a demo or a chat please feel free.
A slightly smaller function from Essen but a warm and friendly environment as always. Thanks to those who came by and enjoyed a game of Accused! The last game I oversaw for the evening was great fun just to watch over and Sam, don't worry, when you have all the good weapons and they have nothing then you can pay them all back :)
October 2008 - Increased Availibility
A
few more retailers have either seen or played Accused! and after
enjoying it have taken some copies to sell through their fine
establishments. If you are in the area, please stop in for a
browse.

October 2008 - Essen Game Fair
What
an experience! Having never been to Essen before it was hard
to understand what a game convention 150,000 people strong would be
like but after surviving four long days slightly out of place in hall 6
I am happy to say that Accused! went down well.
Thank
you first to Colin Wheeler from Gamers in St. Neots who joined me on
the Accused stand without whom the whole trip would not have been
possible. Thank you also to all of those of you who found
your way to stand 208 and especially to those of you who purchased
a copy of Accused! I would also like to say thank you to
Michael Jannisen for translating the rules of Accused! into
German.
These rules and other items will soon be
available for download from this website.
I
would also like to add that the response to Accused! from players who
had taken a copy off to play as they came back over the last two days
was heartening. One player called it
"The most fun game I've ever
played" while another said
"Accused! is almost the perfect
game". As more and more people
discover Accused! I sincerely hope that such comments are the normal
response to a game played with friends.
In
closing Essen 2008 was great fun, albeit rather tiring. The
people involved are warm and welcoming and I look forward to working
further within such an industry. Hopefully Accused! will soon
be available across a wider number of retailers around Europe and
perhaps the US so please pop into your local game store and see what
fun you can find there.
August 2008 -
Initial UK Launch
After 3 days and 600 miles touring around England I am happy
to announce that the first of the independent UK retailers have chosen
to carry Accused! in their stores. If you are in
their area why not stop in and take a look at their great selections of
games.
July 2008 - Production
Completed
After the long road of development and
production "Accused! - Getting Away With
Murder?" is now available. At the moment this
is primarily a UK launch so there will be some additional shipping for
countries elsewhere. Please contact us with any
queries.
